Kari & Abraham
Kari & Abraham were my first wedding of the 09 season (boy have I been slow with the posting) and what a great way to start the spring! They are a super sweet couple with super sweet family & friends. Their ceremony & reception were at Sherwood Forest in Pigeon Forge. We snuck out for a few quick “mountain” shots as well.
The littlest flower girl. SO CUTE!!
Snipping the dress loop thingies.
First look. Awe! I love this part!
How many brides & mothers does it take to straighten the groom’s tie?
We snuck over to Kari’s parents’ cabin for a few shots with the fabulous view!
FABULOUS!
Waiting to walk down the aisle.
The littlest flower girl needed mom’s help down the aisle.
Abraham and the preacher met Kari and her dad at the tp of the aisle.
Then they walked down the aisle together.
Kari’s brothers sang and played guitar while everyone sang along.
Great Idea: if you want to have lots of people for your sendoff and look your best (not all dance sweaty), try having that after the ceremony before the reception. Everyone sends you off (with bubbles, perhaps) to get your pictures made while they enjoy hors d’oeuvres.
Lovin’ in the mountains!
It’s great when a couple is willing to lay on the ground for me!
The Sherwood Forest Conference Center sure cleans up pretty.
I love candy tables!
