Fun with road trips
So I had a little drive down to Augusta or there abouts this weekend. I was meeting with a couple whose wedding I shot in early October so we could make some decisions about their album. Well, it was mainly the bride and her mom with both the husbands giving opinions here and there while they did some yard work as well. It was great. They’re so sweet. Plus, they just want us to design the album and then let them see it rather than having to go through picking the pictures and editing everything down to fit into an album that also fits their budget. They also love Nathan’s style. This album will be so beautiful. It’s great when people trust you to just do your thing. Of course, the mom had to put together a little bag lunch for me to take on the way home. What sweet people. I love them. 🙂
Then, on the way home I passed this really cool mill. I’ll post some pics later. It was the Sunday of Veteran’s Day weekend and everything was so quiet. There was what appeared to be the beginning of a town there, but everything was so small and a lot of stuff looked kind of abandoned. It was cool but a bit creepy. It was late afternoon and the autumn colors were great with the rust on the mill equipment. It was beautiful.
